SAP Enterprise Support enables full visibility into business processes and system landscapes, helps you resolve issues and deliver improvement quickly, and provides data to make informed decisions.
Prior to renewal, customers will be notified about their migration to SAP Enterprise Support and support infrastructure. Following the completion of the renewal, customers will receive detailed information about SAP Service Marketplace and how to access support.
